Our system is designed to keep you informed in real time about how your booking is progressing – if we have your mobile number we aim to send you 3 texts and also a confirmation text.
Text on accept – this is sent to you when the driver accepts your booking – at this point he is on his way to you – initially you are sent details of the vehicle to look for, a tracking link which can be used if you have a smart phone, a rough estimated time of arrival and finally if quoted the price you should be expected to pay.
Text on arrive – this is sent to you when the driver arrives at your collection point – we re-confirm the details of the vehicle to look for, provide you with the drivers name and a link to enable you to download our free APP.
Text on completion – when the booking has completed you will receive a final message – this thanks you for using Hornchurch MiniCabs but more importantly provides you with your unique booking reference and link to rate your experience – lastly you will also receive a link to allow you to download a receipt for your journey.
Text confirmation – we can confirm your booking – this will send you a text showing the date, time and collection address for your booking and finally if quoted the price you should be expected to pay.
Marketing – on occasion we may send you a message reminding you of a service or alerting you to an offer or new rate – we will NEVER share your details with any other company – we do not aim to badger you with texts but it is the fastest way for us to communicate with you.
