Although historically we currently have a 100% (based on July 2018 third party monitoring) up-time on automated systems, occasionally they may have to be up-dated and will be taken off line for a short time.

If you are using automated systems and get the message ‘account suspended’ it is for these reasons.

There may also times when we are very busy and we will suspend systems in order to ensure you receive the very best punctuality/service – at busy times our staff are always the best people to let you know if there is a delay.
