Airport Collections


Please ensure you read all sections.

We will only collect from an airport if the journey has been prepaid and we have an incoming flight number.

Airports are VERY busy and noisy environments; ensure we have your correct mobile contact details for a travelling member of your party, if unsure provide us with a back-up mobile number for another member of your party with whom you may be travelling.

It is essential that we have the correct flight details, date and time for your journey.

If you have opted for a ‘meet & greet’ style service then your driver will be looking for you with a printed name board – it will display your name and our company name / logo.

Should for any reason you not locate or hear from your driver please do not exit the terminal – wait within the arrivals area – call our offices immediately for an update of your booking – ensure you can hear tannoy announcements and wait close to the information desk.

It is essential that we are able to contact you upon arrival at the airport. When you exit the plane switch your mobile on – ensure the mobile is not on silent mode/airplane mode and ensure you can hear the phone when it rings.

In all cases either our office or driver will contact you to arrange a specific collection point.

Due to security restrictions collection points may vary from journey to journey.

Should you not be contacted please do not exit the terminal – wait within the arrivals area – ensure you can hear tannoy announcements and wait close to the information desk – call our offices immediately for an update of your booking.

Stansted Airport

Domestic Arrivals Zone K walk towards Zone A – walk past then turn right following pick up point / trolley route – see below*

*International Arrivals straight ahead towards pick up point – turn left down ramp – bottom ramp turn right – following signs – wait by sign Trolley Park


Heathrow Terminal 1

Domestic Arrivals as you come out go down the escalator follow sign ‘car rental’ – turn left & wait by sliding doors to car park

International Arrivals straight ahead wait by sliding doors

Walk across crossing follow signs for car park level 1 rows A & B wait beside pay machine / trolley park

Staying upstairs from UK Arrivals you are in Zone A – walk out sliding doors directly right of Zone B – walk across crossing to collection area – wait under cover on the right hand side


Heathrow Terminal 2

From either UK Arrivals or International Arrivals you will see doors to the terminal 2 parking area directly ahead of you – this will take you to the parking structure and the collection point which is short stay meet & greet – the ground level is for direct collections


Heathrow Terminal 3

From Arrivals turn hard right & follow signs for Departures which will take you through 2 sets of doors (on your left) to the outside of the terminal – as you walk outside look left & you will see a crossing – cross here to the first row of the collection point – wait by trolley bay


Heathrow Terminal 4

Exit Arrivals on your left – straight ahead following signs to short stay car park across crossings until you are within car park 4 level 1 – turn right wait by parking bays

Exit Arrivals on left take lift to departures level – you will be in zone E – turn left and walk 10 meters and then turn left again – walk towards the exit ahead of you – use the right hand exit – just in front of WH Smiths – walk straight ahead to the collection point – wait by crossing on the first lane


Heathrow Terminal 5

As you exit Arrivals exit right & walk straight ahead – you will see an exit sign pointing left – walk through the doors – you will see 4 lifts to the short stay car park – use one to go to level 1 – exit straight ahead & wait by pay machines

Take one of the lifts to departures level 5 – as you exit the lift turn left & wait by trolley bay


Gatwick Airport

Gatwick have now stopped all collections from the terminals, drivers must use the short stay car parks or face fines – we cannot collect from the actual terminal. For more information please view Gatwick Airports website click here.


Gatwick North

Car park 6 is the closest for a collection from the North Terminal – please ensure you have spoken to your driver before you proceed to this car car park.


Gatwick South

Car park 3 (the orange car park) is the closest for a collection from the South Terminal – please ensure you have spoken to your driver before you proceed to this car car park.


London City

From Arrivals turn right proceed to exit – turn left as you exit terminal and walk along collection point to the car rental office – wait in front of this office under cover


Southend

As you leave Arrivals turn left & exit the terminal through the sliding doors – walk to your left to the pick up point lay-by, wait at the beginning of the lay-by


Luton

After exiting Arrivals walk through rotating door number 1 and turn left – there is a covered walkway down towards the collection point – walk past the taxi area which is the first car park adjacent to the terminal – cross at the crossing and you will see the rapid collection area ahead of you – please wait in the lane furthest to the right
